Day 2 - Huay Mongkol Temple - Jeremy Lee's Travel & Photography

Huay Mongkol Temple

I visited the Huay Mongkol temple at Hua Hin whilst on the way to Hua Hin Vineyard. The temple is home to one of the largest statue of a highly revered Thai monk in Thailand.

The temple is surrounded by a park and has a market which sells local souvenirs. The temple itself was majestic and oversees the surrounding plains.

What I've heard from my driver was that if you were approaching from one of the highways nearby, you would be able to catch glimpses of the monk's statue from afar.

For those interested to visit this historical temple, may look up their location at google map here.
