Man Fu Yuan By InterContinental Singapore

During my latest stay at the InterContinental Singapore where I reviewed the King Shophouse Suite, I had 2 lunches at Man Fu Yuan. One of my favourite dimsum and chinese restaurant in Singapore, I am back for more.

I love the small complimentary bite size appetiser which they serve prior to you starting your meal. This time, what I had was a cut of zesty orange topped with a slice of chilled chicken and wolfberry.

We ordered a few baskets of dimsum to share for a light lunch. The dimsum was freshly made, full of flavour and simply yummilicious for a dimsum lover like me.
I was blown away by the chilli crab bun which had REAL crab meat in the bun, REAL crab meat, not imitation ones, not crab stick but chunks of crab meat.

It was a satisfying dimsum meal, so much so that I returned the next day with my family for another round of dimsum which I will share in the next week or so.
