Khao Takiab, also known as chopsticks hill, is located at the southern end of Hua Hin beach. Approaching the hill from this way would lead you to the 20m high Buddha statue. Moving forward and upwards to the hill, you will find a golden sitting Buddha statue and a temple at the top of the hill.
Beware of the many monkeys who fill the road as you walk, keep your belongings and food out from sight as they are known to snatch/grab anything which catch their eyes.
As informed by our guide, there is a famous seafood restaurant offering great views of the Hua Hin Beach and visited by many famous local & foreign dignitaries when they visit Hua Hin.
