The Ibn Battuta mall is one of the largest shopping mall in Dubai, the design is made up of 6 grand halls, each of a distinct region, inspired by the countries visited by the famous Moroccan traveller, Ibn Battuta.

The 6 distinct region are the Egypt court, India court, China court, Andalusia court, Persia court and the Tunisia court.

I am just in awe in the sheer size of the halls and the architecture. It was grand and amazing. I was not here for the shops, I was here for the sheer amazing scale and intricate design of the mall.

After visiting the mall, we returned to the festival city and had afternoon tea at the Hard Rock Cafe before preparing for our return to Singapore.

We ordered a Jumbo combo and the pulled pork burger, both were quite good. The pulled pork was juicy, the snack platter came with chicken tenders, jumbo wings, onion rings, bruschetta, spinach artichoke dip with parmesan flatbread and blue cheese dressing.
